Description
The City of Bentonville is soliciting bids for the construction of approximately 2,100 square yards of improved turf apron located west of Taxiway A. The project scope includes the installation of a permeable paver system. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the City of Bentonville Administrative Services Building, located at 1000 SW 14th Street, Bentonville, AR 72712. The bid opening will take place in Room A239 on the 2nd floor. Bids submitted prior to the opening should be addressed to the City of Bentonville, Attn: Purchasing, 2nd Floor, 1000 SW 14th Street, Bentonville, AR 72712, and must be clearly labeled with the Bidder's company name, solicitation ID, and project name. Digital copies of the bid documents can be obtained from http://Planroom.GarverUSA.com for a fee of $22, using Quest Project Number 10230139. Documents can also be examined at Garver's office at 4300 South JB Hunt Drive, Suite 240, Rogers, AR 72758. Addenda will be issued through the Garver online Plan Holders List, and bidders are responsible for downloading documents from this site to be included. Bidders are encouraged to notify Purchasing and Compliance after downloading documents from the City's website (http://www.bentonvillear.com/211/Purchasing) to ensure they receive addenda and Q&A.
