Description
The School District of Springfield R-12 is seeking competitive bids for annual ID card and badge supplies. This solicitation covers a variety of items including printer ribbons for various Fargo and IDENTSYS models, blank cards, card sleeves, lanyards in different colors and styles, badge reels, strap clips, slot punches, and cleaning kits. The contract period will be for one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. All responses must be submitted online through the e-bid system; emailed or faxed copies will not be accepted. Questions regarding the solicitation must be directed to the buyer of record through the e-bidding system.
