Description
The project involves construction of an approximately 3,000-square-foot water treatment plant on a one-acre site. The work includes brick and concrete masonry walls, a concrete slab with backwash basin, wood truss roof, steel roof panels, bathroom, HVAC, electrical and automation systems, site piping improvements, natural-gas-fueled generator, chain-link perimeter fencing and gate, surface restoration, and miscellaneous related work. The plant will include a horizontal pressure filter and sodium hypochlorite, orthophosphate, and fluoride chemical feed systems, with a design capacity of approximately 500 gallons per minute. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 10, 2026, and bids are due September 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Printed bidding documents require a $130 nonrefundable deposit, while downloads cost $65.
