The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking quotes for a public improvement project to relocate existing interior vault utilities before the 2nd Street SE Vault and Sidewalk Repair project. The work will occur in the basement vault of the Town Centre building and is associated with utility, building, and sidewalk repair construction activities. The engineer’s opinion of probable cost is $75,000. The early start date is upon receipt of the notice to proceed, the late start date is November 2, 2026, and final completion is required by December 31, 2026.
