Description
The City of Cedar Rapids Water Division is procuring eight 16-inch and eight 24-inch butterfly valves with pneumatic cylinder actuators. The public Q&A confirms that rotary-vane actuator substitutions are not acceptable and that Walworth, JFlow, and Crispin are not approved equals for the specified equipment. The scope includes shop drawing preparation, delivery to the project site, draft and final operation and maintenance manuals, and training for operations staff. The bid is submitted through the City's online E-Procurement portal, Euna Procurement powered by IonWave. The response must be submitted by September 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time.
