The U.S. Navy, specifically NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, is soliciting quotes for the repair and overhaul of PROCESSOR,GATEWAY units (NSN 7025-01-669-7759, P/N CTL-00008REVA). The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, parts, and test equipment to return these units to a Ready for Issue (RFI) condition in accordance with the approved repair/overhaul manual and the latest approved methods. The work includes disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair or replacement of defective components, reassembly, and testing. The contractor must maintain a quality system compliant with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and a calibration system meeting ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or equivalent. The contractor will be responsible for all parts and materials unless specifically identified as Government Furnished Material. The solicitation includes provisions for Beyond Economical Repair (BER), Missing on Induction (MOI), and Over and Above Repair (OAR) items, which require DCMA concurrence and PCO approval. The place of performance is the contractor's facility, with the original equipment manufacturer identified as Crystal Group Inc. in Hiawatha, Iowa. The contract will be firm-fixed price or TT&E pricing, and proposals must include the proposed Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT).
