Description
The City of Nashua is soliciting bids from qualified firms for the complete replacement of the existing Rotary Pool in Nashua, New Hampshire. The work includes demolition and removal of the existing swimming and wading pools, concrete pool decks, associated pool equipment and utilities, and other site improvements identified in the contract documents. The new construction includes a municipal swimming pool and splash pad; pool filtration, recirculation, chemical treatment, drainage, and mechanical systems; concrete pool decks; accessibility features; fencing and gates; site utilities; electrical, lighting, and controls; parking and walkway improvements; landscaping and site restoration; testing, startup, training, closeout, and associated excavation, earthwork, concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and site work. The contractor must provide all labor and materials, and the project must be completed no later than July 1, 2027, with liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day for delays beyond that date.
