Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contractor to deliver a brand-name Pelco enterprise physical security system upgrade for the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System. The scope includes CCTV replacement and expansion, Pelco workstations and cameras, an Axis network video intercom, CAT6 cabling, a PoE+ switch, wireless backhaul, PIV card readers, Verizon ISP devices and annual service, cellular alarm communicators, Pelco Calipsa AI video analytics, camera licensing, and integration with the existing Pelco Video Management System. The contractor must provide all equipment, software, licenses, materials, labor, engineering, installation, wiring, configuration, programming, systems integration, testing, commissioning, training, documentation, and warranty support. Hardware delivery is due within 60 calendar days after award, while installation, configuration, programming, integration, testing, and commissioning must be completed within 120 calendar days after award. The solicitation requires an all-or-none quote, completed price schedule, technical compliance details, SDVOSB and subcontracting certifications, sustainable-products certification, applicable AI certification, OEM authorization documentation, and related representations.
