Description
The City of Belgrade is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from progressive design-build teams to provide integrated planning, programming, architectural, engineering, preconstruction, and construction services for a new municipal operations facility serving Public Works, Parks, and Fleet Maintenance functions. The facility may include administrative and employee spaces, fleet and heavy-equipment maintenance bays, storage, wash facilities, utilities, security, parking, circulation, stormwater improvements, landscaping, and future expansion areas. Phase 1 will include programming, site planning, complete multidisciplinary design, permitting and agency coordination, cost estimating, design-to-budget services, value engineering, constructability reviews, and development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price. Phase 1 is capped at $1,000,000, while the total project cost is capped at $15,000,000. Subject to City authorization, Phase 2 may include construction management, procurement, site and building construction, systems installation, testing, commissioning, closeout, training, and warranty administration. Initial submissions must demonstrate relevant progressive design-build and public-facility experience, proposed team qualifications, project approach, schedule, financial and bonding capacity, current workload, and at least three similar-project owner references.
