Description
Charlotte Water is seeking a progressive design-build contractor to design and construct the Lee S. Dukes Water Treatment Plant expansion. The project is intended to address future water-capacity needs and includes expansion of the treatment plant, along with improvements and upgrades to the water distribution system, particularly in the 978 Zone. The solicitation requires a proposal package including a cover letter, proposal, Community Benefits/Inclusion (CBI) Participation Plan, E-Verify Certification, Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension and Other Responsibility Matters, and Byrd Anti-Lobbying Certification. The project description states that construction of the treatment-plant expansion must be completed by December 31, 2034.
