Description
Delta Borough is soliciting sealed bids for curb and sidewalk replacement with associated roadway paving on the 400 block of Main Street. The project is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and is subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing-wage requirements, Section 3 provisions, and applicable nondiscrimination requirements. The estimated contract value is $135,000, and the contract time is 120 calendar days. Each bidder must submit a 5% bid bond or certified check payable to Delta Borough, along with evidence of qualifications.
