Description
The U.S. Army's Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Dugway Proving Ground Installation Contracting Office, intends to solicit a competitive 8(a) single-award, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for miscellaneous horizontal facility construction and road-maintenance services. The scope includes paving, asphalt, and concrete projects, including airfield and roadway pavements, performed through contracting-officer-issued task orders. The anticipated ordering period is a 12-month base period followed by four one-year option periods, with an Option to Extend Services under FAR 52.217-8; the anticipated full period of performance is April 22, 2027, through April 21, 2032. The estimated magnitude is up to $5 million annually. The requirement is restricted to 8(a) firms authorized by the Small Business Administration's Utah district office to perform within the district's geographical region. Prospective offerors must have a CAGE Code and completed SAM representations and certifications.
