Description
This construction project requires demolition and reconstruction of an existing parking lot and driveways at an Oklahoma Human Services facility. The work includes removal of existing asphalt pavement, concrete driveways, curb and gutter, and sidewalks; excavation, grading, aggregate base, subgrade preparation, separator fabric, new curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks and driveways, curb ramps, drainage-related improvements, erosion controls, sod restoration, construction staking, mobilization, traffic striping, and quality control. The base bid includes the general site and paving work with specified concrete areas, while separate alternates cover asphalt pavement and concrete pavement for the remaining paved areas. Bidders must submit the electronic bid form, completed contractor qualification statement, bid prices for the base bid and all alternates, addenda acknowledgment, and required bid security. A mandatory pre-bid conference is specified, and contracts exceeding $100,000 require performance, payment, and defect bonds, along with required insurance coverage. Addendum 1 changes Bid Express functionality and requires acknowledgment on the bid form; the scope, pre-bid date, and bid due date remain unchanged.
