Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks removal and disposal of approximately 238 feet of failed hydronic radiant heating panels and installation of new, approved replacement panels at the existing locations. Work includes preparing the locations, matching the existing panel lengths, pressure, and connection points, verifying pressure and leak-free connections, and testing the system to restore full operation. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and qualified personnel; remove debris; and submit a completion report for each space. The panels must meet the stated 74 PSIG working pressure and connection, mounting, and expansion specifications. The quote must include a technical response, completed pricing schedule, past-performance information for up to three recent and relevant efforts, and the completed VA limitations-on-subcontracting certificate. The solicitation identifies this as a one-time requirement and a total small-business set-aside. Quotes are submitted by email, with a 4 MB email limit.
