Description
Pasadena Area Community College District is soliciting a contractor for hazardous materials abatement at the MPCC W-Building. The scope includes hazardous waste collection, treatment, and disposal, as well as other nonhazardous waste treatment and disposal services identified under the bid line items. The solicitation includes a hazardous materials survey report, hazardous materials abatement specifications, and reference drawings. A pre-bid conference and site visit are scheduled, and bids must be submitted electronically. The bid is offered on a lump-sum basis and is valid for 15 days.
