Description
The Indiahoma Public Works Authority is soliciting sealed bid proposals for solid waste collection and disposal services. The current contract expires on November 1, 2026, and the requested replacement contract will have a 60-month term beginning November 1, 2026. Bids must be sealed and submitted by October 1, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Proposals must include contractor information and will be publicly opened and read aloud. The authority reserves the right to waive informalities or minor defects and to reject any or all proposals.
