The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 6, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a noncompetitive basis to ITW Food Equipment Group LLC dba Hobart Corporation. The requirement is limited to the original equipment manufacturer because the agency states that only the proposed source can provide the required services and supplies. The contractor will provide quarterly maintenance and as-needed repairs for the Hampton VA Medical Center’s existing Hobart dishwasher and other Hobart food-preparation and serving equipment.
