Description
The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking primary and secondary contractors to provide all labor, equipment, and materials for on-call irrigation system installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance throughout the city. The scope includes 24/7 emergency response; repair of sprinkler heads, valves, pipes, timers, wiring, and solenoids; seasonal system startup and winterization; spray-pattern and coverage inspections; new system and zone installation; relocation of irrigation components; sensor and smart-controller integration; watering-schedule adjustments; and controller programming and replacement. The initial contract term is two years, with options to renew for three additional twelve-month periods. Proposals will be evaluated on qualifications and experience, service plan, client work history, and cost. The solicitation requires one electronic PDF submission through OpenBids and does not require a bid bond or pre-bid conference.
