Description
Muscogee County School District is requesting proposals from a Construction Manager at Risk to provide general construction and preconstruction services for the Columbus Public Library HVAC Project. The work may include replacing various HVAC equipment components and the emergency electric generator, along with cost estimating, constructability analysis, value engineering, scheduling, phasing, construction management, and related construction activities. The contract will use the AIA A133-2019 Standard Form of Agreement, with payment based on cost of work plus a fee and a guaranteed maximum price. Proposals will be evaluated on proposer stability, relevant experience and qualifications, management plan, past performance, and fee. The response must include a transmittal letter, proof of bonding capacity, evidence of insurability, required affidavits, an updated AIA A305 Contractor's Qualification Statement, addenda acknowledgment if applicable, management and project approach information, past-performance references, and the proposed fee and itemized general-requirements estimate.
