Description
The Columbus Consolidated Government is soliciting primary and secondary contractors to provide labor, equipment, and materials for on-call irrigation installation and maintenance services throughout the City. The scope includes 24/7 emergency response; troubleshooting and repair of sprinkler heads, valves, pipes, timers, wiring, solenoids, and controllers; system start-up and winterization; spray-pattern inspections; new system and zone installation; relocation of irrigation components; sensor and smart-controller integration; controller programming; and watering-schedule adjustments. The contract is for an initial two-year term with three additional 12-month renewal options. Proposers must submit a transmittal letter, required affidavits and compliance forms, addenda acknowledgment, exceptions, qualifications, service plan, client work history documenting at least five similar clients from the past five years, cost proposal, contract signature page, insurance checklist or certificate, Form W-9, and a current business license. Responses must be submitted electronically as one PDF through OpenBids by the stated deadline.
