Description
The Muscogee County School District is soliciting bids for the purchase and installation of large equipment for its School Nutrition Program on an as-needed basis. The equipment list includes commercial refrigerators and freezers, pass-through and mobile heated cabinets, ranges, convection and combi ovens, steamers, tilting skillets, milk coolers, ice machines, dishwashers, pizza ovens, and a vertical cutter/mixer. The bid allows approved equal or comparable models. Pricing must include delivery, removal and recycling of old equipment where necessary, turnkey installation and final utility connections, debris removal, and required water filtration and accessories. Vendors must provide product cut sheets, specifications, warranty information, and delivery lead times. Installation must be performed by qualified personnel, and the vendor must coordinate site inspections and delivery with the School Nutrition Program. The contract covers January 1 through December 31, 2027, with possible one-year renewals up to three years total.
