Description
Russell County Commission is soliciting sealed bids for a turnkey audio-visual fit-out of a new Emergency Management facility. The scope covers a twelve-display EOC video wall or LED wall; a minimum 16-by-16 HDMI or SDI matrix with HDMI-over-Cat6 transport; ceiling loudspeakers, amplification, networked DSP, touch-panel control, wireless microphones, PTZ-camera-based EOC videoconferencing, and camera/soundbar systems for the conference and media rooms. The contractor must furnish and install the equipment, mounts, rack, cabling, programming, testing, labeling, commissioning, as-built drawings, program files, manufacturer warranties, and staff training. The work also includes taking down, remounting, and commissioning eight to ten owner-furnished 50- to 65-inch televisions using contractor-furnished articulating mounts. New equipment must be current production and obtained through authorized channels. A minimum 12-month parts-and-labor warranty, one-business-day response to warranty service calls, a required pre-bid walk-through, bid security, performance and payment bonds, and liability and workers' compensation insurance are specified.
