Description
The project requires furnishing and installing a complete Phoenix modular hydraulic elevator system with a 3,500-pound capacity. The scope includes hoisting, elevator equipment and controls, enclosure, entrances, power units, operators, signals, accessories, wall and ceiling finishes, plywood subfloor, signage, lighting, and all other items needed for a complete and operable system. Prime contractors and applicable mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors must complete the owner's prequalification process and be announced as prequalified before bid opening. The contractor must submit the required prequalification questionnaire and financial statement through the designated prequalification system. Plans and specifications are available for download, with physical copies available from the blueprint service provider if needed. The project is a lump-sum bid with a stated estimated value of $252,500 and requires bid, payment, and performance bonds.
