The Pan American Health Organization is seeking a qualified company to provide an eight-hour, synchronous online leadership development course for 30 participants. The training must address leadership in organizational contexts, self-awareness and people management, assertive communication and feedback, high-performing team development, conflict management, and organizational change. The contractor must provide qualified instructors, an interactive videoconferencing platform, updated digital training materials, individual completion certificates, attendance records, and an execution report. Proposals must describe the course workload, teaching methodology, proposed instructors, instructor résumés, preliminary training schedule, instructional materials, execution period, and total pricing, including all costs. The proposer must also submit at least one technical-capacity certificate demonstrating comparable prior training or professional-development experience. Award will be based on technical compliance followed by the lowest global price.
