The State of Tennessee Department of Human Resources is conducting an RFI to identify established organizations or universities with the experience, infrastructure, instructional quality, and strategic approach to become a long-term contractor for developing and delivering a supervisor pathway leadership program. The program must focus on foundational and advanced supervisory skills and be capable of being offered at least twice annually, with each program lasting three to six months. Respondents are asked to provide organizational qualifications, relevant public-sector and leadership-development experience, facilitator biographies, organizational capacity, program-management and delivery approaches, facilities and technology capabilities, accessibility accommodations, evaluation methods, differentiators, innovative learning experiences, and potential additional services. Responses must include three professional references for similar work completed within the last five years, supporting materials such as sample agendas, curriculum outlines, participant materials, learning activities, evaluation tools, and marketing materials, along with typical pricing units and price ranges. This RFI does not create contract rights or guarantee a future procurement.
