Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order for 19 grants management courses and 36 total training offerings for Grants Management Specialists and Grants Management Officers. The curriculum must cover foundational, intermediate, and advanced topics across the federal grants management lifecycle, including 2 CFR Part 200, cost principles, audits, monitoring, cooperative agreements, closeout, federal assistance law, internal controls, risk assessments, and related professional development. All courses must be delivered through virtual instructor-led training. The requirement also includes attendance management, course evaluations, curriculum tailored to Health and Human Services grants management personnel, and issuance of training certificates within two weeks of course completion. The notice identifies Management Concepts, Inc.'s established commercial off-the-shelf federal grants management curriculum as the only curriculum meeting the entirety of the requirement and states that the agency intends to negotiate with only one source.
