Description
The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency is seeking proposals from qualified training providers to design and deliver a group training curriculum covering project management, process improvement, and adaptive management. The scope includes curriculum development, training materials, pre- and post-training assessments, and a summary report with recommendations for ongoing training. Training will use a tiered approach for the leadership and management team, project managers, and all staff. Topics include root cause analysis and logic models, process mapping and workflow visualization, MOCHA role management, data-informed decision-making, work breakdown structures, evaluation, and accountability. Delivery is expected to include leadership and project-manager sessions, recurring virtual staff training, and a culminating in-person staff-retreat session. Proposals must address qualifications, the approach to each task, timelines, costs, references, and applicable equity and environmental-justice considerations.
