Description
The California Department of Justice is seeking one new Hamilton STARlet laboratory instrument, including the specified hardware, software, accessories, consumables, and related equipment listed in Attachment A. The quotation must cover all requested items; partial quotes will not be accepted. Products must be new and current production models, and the solicitation limits acceptable products to Hamilton Robotics STARlet equipment. The scope also includes delivery to the DOJ laboratory, unpacking and debris removal, installation, IQ/OQ, pipetting-volume verification, method programming, operator training, a 12-month warranty, a six-month preventive-maintenance check, and an additional one-year service contract. Maintenance includes annual preventive maintenance, verification services, priority dispatch, response-time commitments, parts, travel, and labor. Services may be performed virtually or onsite, and authorized factory-trained personnel are required for service and maintenance.
