Description
Centre de services scolaire Marie-Victorin is seeking regular lawn-mowing services for buildings across its property portfolio, divided into two lots. Pricing is to be provided as fixed amounts in the price schedule, and bidders may submit for one or both lots. The initial service periods are the summers of 2027 and 2028, with an option to renew for summer 2029. A $5,000 bid security is required. The submission must include the completed and signed bid form and price schedule, bid security, the French-language charter annex and any applicable supporting documents, a valid Revenu Québec attestation (or, for bidders without an establishment in Quebec, the completed form for absence of an establishment in Quebec), a conditional declaration concerning reproduction of documents for paper submissions, and proof of required civil liability insurance.
