Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 66,000 square feet of usable office space in Nashville, Tennessee. The offered space must be fully serviced, located on contiguous floors, and customizable or built to suit the Government's office and security requirements. The requirement includes a one-year lease with nineteen additional one-year renewal options, subject to the Government's termination rights. Tenant improvement costs must be amortized and billed through rent. The clarification amendment states that the Government will not pay early termination fees, penalties, liquidated damages, or any lump-sum unamortized tenant-improvement balance when exercising its express termination rights. Proposals containing conflicting conditions or penalty structures are non-compliant. Final revised proposals are due no later than September 10, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
