Description
The City seeks a qualified fireworks vendor to design, furnish, and deliver safe aerial fireworks displays for City celebrations. The selected vendor will provide a complete program, including show design, fireworks products, staffing, safety planning, permitting support, regulatory compliance, equipment, setup, and on-site execution. The vendor must coordinate with City staff, law enforcement, fire rescue, and other agencies as needed, and demonstrate experience producing large-scale aerial displays with a strong safety and compliance record in a high-visibility downtown waterfront setting.
