Description
This Request for Information seeks qualified businesses capable of designing, producing, and delivering end items manufactured through additive manufacturing for piece-part components or complete assemblies. Candidate items include valves, actuators, manifolds, fittings, fans, and related components identified by National Item Identification Numbers. Respondents should describe their additive-manufacturing capabilities, facilities, equipment, materials, post-processing, heat treatment, nondestructive testing, inspection methods, certifications, quality assurance processes, and ability to meet applicable performance and material requirements. Responses should also address subcontracting or partner use, relevant past performance involving comparable military or commercial hardware, potential performance-based incentives under future firm-fixed-price contracts, and objective evaluation criteria for future competitive awards. The notice is market research only and will not result in a contract award; respondents may also indicate whether they wish to be included on a mailing list for future opportunities.
