Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting one 100-gram bottle of sodium perborate powder, NSN 6505-01-307-3268, under purchase request 7018356967. The item must have a 36-month non-extendable shelf life, be protected from high humidity and temperatures above 32 degrees Celsius, and be packaged and marked in accordance with the specified medical and military packaging requirements. The supplier must identify the source and part number, comply with applicable FDA and domestic-material requirements, provide destination inspection and acceptance, and deliver the item within 20 days after award. The solicitation states that quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
