Description
Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide annual preventative maintenance and inspections on various boilers, circulation pumps, and make-up air units located in Athletic buildings on the ISU campus. The scope includes equipment at West Bergstrom Shop, Bergstrom Football Complex, Sukup EndZone Club, and potential future additions from Jacobson Building and Sports Performance Center. The contractor must perform PM/inspections between October 1-15 each year, provide corrective action reports, and comply with all ISU safety and insurance requirements. A pre-bid/site visit meeting will be held on June 30, 2026, at Jack Trice Stadium. All proposals must be submitted via the ISUBid system by July 6, 2026.
