Description
Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting information from qualified contractors to provide specialty HVAC filters on an as-needed basis for ISU Central Stores. All bid responses must be completed through the ISUBid system. The contract term is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, with an option for two additional 1-year renewals. Pricing must be firm through June 30, 2029. Renewals are automatic but dependent upon acceptable performance. During the optional renewals, pricing will be reviewed, and the contractor may propose a price increase, limited by the escalation percentage stated in the attributes tab. Normal delivery for items shall be 5-7 business days after receipt of order. Quantities shown in the line item tab are yearly usage estimates, and ISU does not guarantee any quantities. All freight and shipping costs must be included in the unit pricing.
