Description
The State of Iowa Department of Public Defense (DPD) is soliciting professional services for the S-11 Range Modernization project. The scope of work includes the demolition of various existing site elements as detailed in the construction documents. Additionally, the project involves rough grading of the site and the construction of new site fixtures. A key component of this project is the relocation of existing sanitary sewer service lines. All other existing utility services on the property must be protected for future construction. Bidders are required to submit all bids through the Iowa Procurement and Access System (IMPACS) items section. Bidder submissions must include their completed form of bid and TSB form.
