Description
This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) to provide a turnkey solution for the installation of a fiber optic cable. The cable will extend from the U.S. Army Adelphi Laboratory Center Building 205 in Maryland to the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) Operation Location B, Building 405 in White Oak, MD. Competition is restricted to two pre-identified WOSB vendors who participated in a prior information exchange. The requirement is classified under NAICS code 335921 (Fiber Optic Cable Manufacturing) with a business size standard of 1,000 employees. The anticipated award date is June 24, 2026, and the contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
