Litigation Support Services for Iranian Claims Defense

Description
The Naval Litigation Office of the Office of the General Counsel, Department of the Navy, requires litigation support services to assist in the defense of Iranian Foreign Military Sales (FMS) claims against the United States Government at the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal in The Hague, Netherlands. The scope of work includes providing administrative, professional, and technical support, including research, document collection, analysis, and reconciliation of extensive historical records related to FMS programs. Key tasks involve managing and processing digital and hard-copy records, preparing reconciliation reports, and supporting legal proceedings. The contract requires a two-step proposal process, with an initial submission of a State Department Fiber Optic Cable Connection Plan and a Top-Secret Facility Clearance. The period of performance is from October 1, 2026, through March 31, 2032, with multiple option periods.
