Description
The Headquarters United States Air Force Chaplain Corps is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential 8(a) small businesses capable of providing multimedia production, web architecture, and visual communications support services. This support is crucial for enhancing the strategic messaging of the Chaplain Corps, including the production of broadcast-quality media, a digital Resource Hub, and consistent brand management. The scope of work includes managing and executing digital content updates for a SharePoint-based Resource Hub and associated web/social media platforms, producing broadcast-quality video products, providing graphic design and photography services, and maintaining a digital archive of all assets. The contractor will also be responsible for strategic alignment, reporting, and knowledge transfer to government personnel, as well as attending staff meetings to provide technical updates. The attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) provides detailed requirements for these services.
