Description
The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD) is conducting market research to identify businesses capable of providing Information Management and Information Access Support Services for the WHS Executive Services Directorate (ESD). This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The estimated IDIQ ceiling dollar range is $125,000,000.00 - $150,000,000.00. The services required include a comprehensive range of tasks such as Directorate Operations and Mission Support, Automatic/Systematic Declassification, Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)/Privacy Act (PA) support, Pre-Publication and Security Review, Records and Information Management, Information Collections, DoW Issuances and Programs, DoW Forms, Correspondence Management, Graphics Development, SharePoint Support, and Technological Solutions. The period of performance is a five-year ordering period from February 17, 2027, to February 16, 2032. Respondents must possess an active Top Secret Facility Security Clearance (FCL) with Top Secret safeguarding and be accredited for storage of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Work will be performed at Government and Contractor facilities within the National Capital Region (NCR).
