Description
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, through U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations, intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to the Town of Lancaster, New York, for rental of a secure storage facility operated by the Lancaster Police Department. The facility will store Special Response Team assets supporting the Buffalo Field Office and must provide a fenced, secure environment with on-site law-enforcement presence. The facility must be centrally located between ICE/ERO facilities in Buffalo and Batavia and within approximately five miles or 10 minutes of Buffalo-Niagara International Airport to support frequent deployments. This is a notice of intent rather than a request for proposals or quotes; interested parties may submit capability information for consideration of whether a competitive procurement is warranted. The anticipated NAICS code is 493190, Other Warehousing and Storage.
