Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Euroimmun US Incorporated for T-SPOT.TB tuberculosis testing kits and proprietary reagents manufactured by Oxford Immunotec. Required supplies include T-SPOT.TB kits, T-Cell Xtend reagent, AIM-V medium, antigen panels, and controls for use with the proprietary IGRA testing platform at the Buffalo VA Medical Center. The notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may submit a one-page maximum capability statement identifying the company name, UEI number, socioeconomic status, and proof of authorization to provide the OEM reagents. The proposed acquisition is structured as a blanket purchase agreement with a base period and four option years, with the base period beginning November 1, 2026. Prospective contractors must be registered in SAM.gov to be eligible for award.
