Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration requires firm-fixed-price delivery of specified brand-name lubricating oils for NOAA Ship Rainier. Option 1 includes 880 gallons of Mobilgard 410 40WT and 275 gallons of Chevron Delo 400 15W-40. Option 2 includes 220 gallons of Chevron Clarity EA-46 hydraulic oil and 220 gallons of Mobilgear 600 XP 220; the Government may select either or both options at award. Quotes must include shipping and all other expected costs, comply with Buy American-Supplies requirements, and verify each product's country of manufacture. The quote must include product specifications or data sheets, requested product pictures, an authorized original equipment manufacturer letter, active SAM registration information including the UEI/CAGE code and page one of the SAM registration, any applicable amendment acknowledgment, at least two relevant references, and the stated evaluation information. Delivery is requested to NOAA Ship Rainier by December 1, 2026, although the solicitation's deliverable schedule also states December 1, 2025 and should be clarified.
