Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for 1,090 gallons of Shell Rotella T3 15W40 bulk lubricating oil. Substitute products will not be accepted. The contractor must provide delivery by truck with pumping capability, a hose compatible with female and male 2-inch Camlock fittings, an on-site spill kit, required over-the-water transfer certifications for the Honolulu area, and a delivery receipt or manifest. The quotation must include unit and extended oil pricing, delivery, pumping, freight and other applicable charges, along with a current Safety Data Sheet. Delivery and pumping must occur no later than September 29, 2026, at 8:00 AM HST, and the quotation must identify the quoter's legal business name, UEI, and CAGE code. Award will be made to the responsible quoter offering the lowest total evaluated price among technically acceptable quotations.
