Description
The Town of Johnsburg is soliciting sealed bids for approximately 8,000 gallons of No. 2 fuel oil, with a winter blend used when applicable. The winter blend must consist of 60% No. 2 fuel oil and 40% kerosene, and all bids must meet New York State specifications. Fuel will be delivered as needed to three locations: 2370 State Route 28, 4 Peacefull Valley Road, and 219 Main Street. Pricing will be based on the Journal of Commerce Daily Average Albany Posting for No. 2 fuel oil and kerosene dated September 15, 2026. Bids must include a certificate of non-collusion and be submitted in a sealed package marked “FUEL OIL BID.”
