Gwinnett County seeks a contractor to furnish and install two commercial-grade aluminum storefront assemblies at its Sheriff's Office: a custom unequal-leaf double-door entrance and a clear-glass wall with a centered single door. The work includes field measurements, frames, clear tempered safety glazing, doors, hardware, anchorage, sealants, installation, adjustment and testing, cleanup, and hardware-operation training. The contractor must provide shop drawings and product data for review before fabrication, coordinate work around facility security requirements, and provide at least a one-year workmanship warranty plus applicable manufacturer warranties. Quotes must include a lump-sum price for each assembly, estimated completion time, warranty period, at least three similar-project references from the past five years, a subcontractor list, and the completed E-Verify contractor affidavit. The quote schedule and listed forms are provided in the solicitation. Award is based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote; the County may split the award. Insurance evidence is required of the successful vendor before work begins.
