Gwinnett County seeks a contractor to furnish and install two commercial-grade aluminum storefront assemblies at its Sheriff's Office: a custom unequal-leaf double-door entrance and a clear-glass wall with a centered single door. Both assemblies require clear-tempered safety glazing, aluminum framing, commercial-grade hardware, and associated thresholds, seals, fasteners, and anchorage. The contractor must verify site dimensions, provide shop drawings and product information for approval before fabrication, install and adjust the assemblies, test door and egress operation, clean the work area, and train Facilities Management on hardware operation. The facility will remain operational during the work, and the contractor must comply with access, escort, identification, tool-accountability, and security requirements. The quote must include a lump-sum price for each assembly, estimated completion time, warranty period, and at least three similar-project references from the past five years. A completed quote schedule, subcontractor list, and notarized contractor affidavit are also required. Insurance evidence is required before work begins; the solicitation specifies coverage requirements and limits.
