Description
Texas State University is seeking one or more qualified vendors to provide non-credit, workforce-aligned continuing education courses and programs through online, hybrid, and classroom-based delivery models. Offerings may be synchronous, asynchronous, self-paced, instructor-led, cohort-based, or blended, and may lead to industry-certified or industry-aligned certifications or certificate programs. The selected vendor(s) may provide course materials, qualified faculty, content-delivery and registration platforms, student enrollment and payment processing, marketing, rebranding opportunities, technical support, data reporting, student tracking, and continuous-improvement processes. Proposals must address course quality, learner support, accessibility, security, platform functionality, system integration, pricing, delivery models, refund and branding policies, and any applicable revenue-sharing arrangement. The initial contract term is three years, with up to two additional one-year renewal terms.
