Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting comprehensive preventive maintenance, inspection, and corrective repair services for three Carrier 19XRV centrifugal chillers and two associated variable frequency drives at Building B1900. The contractor must provide all management, personnel, labor, tools, equipment, materials, parts, and supervision necessary to maintain continuous equipment operation, reliability, and longevity in accordance with the Statement of Work and manufacturer standards. The requirement includes quarterly operational checks, semiannual condenser-tube cleaning, annual chiller and variable-frequency-drive shutdown maintenance, and unscheduled corrective repairs. Proposed technicians must have current factory-authorized Carrier training or recognized OEM-equivalent certifications for the applicable centrifugal chillers and liquid-cooled drives, with written proof submitted with the quote. The contractor must also demonstrate access to required proprietary diagnostic tools, interface software, and software licenses. The contract is structured as a base year plus four option years, with an additional six-month extension option.
