Description
Clancy & Theys Construction Company is soliciting subcontractors to prequalify for the Smoky Hollow Park project. This project involves phased demolition, site development, and resource restoration to create a new urban park space located off Capital Boulevard. Bid packages are available for the following trades: General Trades, Demolition, Concrete, Structural/Miscellaneous Steel, Electrical, Site Development, Asphalt Paving, Bridges, and Landscape. Prequalification forms and bid package information can be obtained by emailing Jessica Bates at jessicabates@clancytheys.com or by scanning the provided QR code. Minority contractors are encouraged to participate in the subcontractor qualification process, as Clancy & Theys has an affirmative policy of fostering business with minority-owned enterprises.
